"Ting Tang Tong Dong (sound effect), we have officially arrived at Narita International Airport, you may now unbuckle your safety belts and......etc." It has been the longest six long hours of my life. Well, basiclly, I was nervous and very excited. I didn't know what to expect, it was too good to be true. As I walked through the Immigration Department, a wave of relieve washed all over me. Then, I met Mr Makino (a very friendly man, it was a pity not to have taken a picture with him)- a very fatherly figure, I must say ;) and his wife. This professional couple are in charge of ensuring all the CHOSEN ONES arrive safely in Japan. There were five of us who arrived in JApan that drizzling Sunday morning, namely : me, June& Tam, Jesslyn& Russell. After sending our extra large baggage to KKG, we took our remaining hand luggages and proceeded to Narita Hotel. Since we were unable to check into our room until 1 o'clock in the afternoon, Mr Makino decided to take us to an amusement park!
This was no ordinary amusement park with game machines.
It has an Aqua park filled with a huge variety of exotic marine life ! We even watched a magnificent Dolphine performence, played a few rollarcoaster ride, SHOPPED and finally dragged ourselves back to our comfortable single-bed hotel room ;)
I still remember what we ate that night for dinner after everyone of us were finally here. It was an 8 course meal. Well, the food is delicious and had a huge serving. As a result, we girls only manage to eat till the 5th course? And guess who ate the most that night? Drumrolls..... Russell!
